We ship to customers all over the world with UPS or USPS. Shipping charges are calculated accordingly at checkout.
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery time depends on your location. We cannot ship to post office boxes.
International orders might be subject to additional customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage charges that will be collected upon delivery. We regret that we can not predict and can not be responsible for them.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to extraordinary shipping costs or other reasons. We apologize but we can not assume responsibility for any damage, loss, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipping. You must file a claim with the shipping carrier involved.

Our intention is to provide you with a unique, high-quality product. Calendreco has been carefully printed. It is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery. Note that irregularities and variations in the colors may appear due to the paper’s characteristics. However, if you are dissatisfied, you can return the item in its original, unused condition with all its parts, tags, labels, inserts, and original packaging intact within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the amount before shipping charges.
You must first contact us at info@calendreco.com and write a brief description as to the return or the replacement reason in order to obtain a written authorization. Once pre-authorized, please include your order number, name, address, e-mail, and telephone number in your shipment. We are unable to issue returns on items received without this information or process claims made after 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, if the returned item does not meet the above requirements, it will be shipped to the customer at their expense. On such returns if shipping is not paid for within14 days of the first contact, the item will be forfeited. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We regret that we can not refund any shipping charges nor accept returns on signed copies. All international sales including Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska are final.

Refunds will be credited within 5-10 business days of the receipt in the same form of payment of original purchase.
Our prices and charges are in US dollars. For international orders the exact exchange rate is determined by the bank that has issued the customer’s credit card.
We only add sales tax to Arizona addresses.
